PROCEDURE

1. Inquiry & Registration

• You can get the application form from the Admissions Office by visiting the school, calling, or emailing at kohana073@gmail.com

• Register your child by filling out and submitting the inquiry or registration form.

2. Submit Application & Documents

Once registered, you’ll be invited to submit the full application form along with required documents:

1. Academic records from the previous school (for LKG and above)

2. Four recent passport-size photos

3. Photocopy of health insurance card

4. Vaccination chart

5. Birth certificate and/or passport

6. Photocopy of residence card

7. Health Research & Family Information Forms (available at school)

8. Complete health checkup record (within 2 weeks of joining). 

3. Admission Assessment & Interview

• Your child will undergo an assessment and/or personal interview to assess readiness and suitability.

 4. Offer & Fee Payment

• If selected, the school will extend an admission offer.

• You must then pay the admission fees to confirm the seat.

• Important: Fees are non‑refundable under any circumstances

5. Orientation & Admission Completion

• You will receive communication about a parent orientation session before classes begin.

• Shortly after, submit the health checkup completed record (if not earlier) to complete enrollment.

• To withdraw a student, submit notice two months prior.

• Late requests incur two additional months’ tuition prior to issuing the transfer certificate.
